Account and data deletion request
This notice applies to BaZi Flow and Today Quant Pick, both operated by Lunaroha. Each app runs on its own anonymous app ID and their data is not shared, so deletion requests are handled per app.
How to request
- BaZi Flow: send a deletion request from the Privacy and data screen in the app.
- Today Quant Pick: the app has no deletion screen. Please request deletion by email below.
- If you have already uninstalled the app: email support@lunaroha.com. An alternative spelling that avoids automated harvesting is support [at] lunaroha.com.
- Please tell us which app (BaZi Flow or Today Quant Pick) and, if possible, the device ID or admin link code shown on the app's settings screen.
What is deleted
BaZi Flow
- Recovery email link information
- Saved profiles, profile subject birth information, and user-generated data in the app
- Deletable records of input authority / consent confirmation for minor profile subjects
- Account recovery binding information
- Deletable Flow Credit account data
Today Quant Pick
- Recovery email link information
- Deletable point balances and ledger records
- Card viewing records and stock explanation viewing records
- Account recovery binding information
What may be retained
Purchase ledgers and security audit records needed for payment verification, refunds, abuse prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations may be retained on a limited basis for as long as necessary. This applies equally to both apps.
