Terms of Service

These terms apply to BaZi Flow and Today Quant Pick, both operated by Lunaroha. Each service combines features offered free of charge with paid features offered through Google Play in-app purchases. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their inputs and must not make automated, excessive, or otherwise abnormal requests.

Covered services

Service provision

• Some features may be modified or discontinued as operations require.
• Auxiliary features such as advertising, sharing, and fortune recommendations may be adjusted in accordance with product policy.
• Some custom interpretations and question answers may be generated by AI (generative artificial intelligence) based on the information you provide, and may contain inaccuracies.
• Today Quant Pick's stock explanations are also generated by AI (generative artificial intelligence) and may contain inaccuracies.

App Users and Profile Subjects

• An "App User" is the person who actually uses the app, while a "Profile Subject" is the person whose birth date, sex, and birthplace are entered.
• Saved Profiles for other people - such as family members, grandchildren, or acquaintances - may only be registered when you have the authority to enter that information or have obtained consent.
• If the Profile Subject is calculated as a minor, you must verify your input authority or obtain legal-guardian consent before saving or analyzing.

Restrictions on minors

• BaZi Flow is not a child-directed service; child App Users may be blocked before any personal-data processing.
• App Users under 18 cannot use payments, Flow Credit purchases, rewarded ads, external AI questions, current-location lookup, or adult relationship / marriage / investment / career judgement features.

User responsibilities

• You must not collect or distribute another person's sensitive birth information without authorization.
• You must not reverse-engineer the service or bypass its restriction policies.

Age-gated premium features

Unknown app-user age blocks personal-data flows and sensitive features. Under-13 app users are blocked. App users aged 13-17 may create saved profiles and view the basic daily preview only. Paid products, Flow Credit detailed unlocks, rewarded ads, external AI, current location, and adult relationship interpretations are unavailable to teen app users. Adult app users must reconfirm once before entering paid / ads, external AI, or adult relationship feature groups.

In-app purchases and refunds

• Paid products are purchased only through Google Play in-app purchases. This website does not process payments directly.
• Refunds are handled through the Google Play Store under the Google Play refund policy.
• BaZi Flow's Flow Credit and Today Quant Pick's points are used only to view content inside each app. They are not refundable for cash, transferable to other users, or exchangeable for external goods.
• The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time from subscription management in your Google Play account.

Accounts and content

• Both services attribute usage to an anonymous app ID; no account registration is required.
• You may register a recovery code or a verified recovery email to reconnect to the same anonymous ID and your credits, points, unlocks, and purchase entitlements after reinstalling or changing devices. Anyone holding the recovery code can restore the linked anonymous ID, so do not share it.
• Content generated by the services may be used for your own personal purposes. Lunaroha may store and process that content to the extent needed to operate the services.
• Account and data deletion can be requested in the app or at /account-deletion.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

• The Disclaimer forms part of these terms and applies to both services.
• BaZi Flow's results are reference information and do not replace medical, investment, legal, psychological, or contractual decisions.
• Today Quant Pick's discovery cards and stock explanations are reference information based on quantitative data. It is not an investment advisory or similar advisory service, and it does not guarantee or recommend any purchase, sale, target price, or rate of return. The final investment decision and responsibility rest with the user.
• To the extent permitted by law, Lunaroha is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
